Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Case Manager and become a vital advocate for individuals navigating complex social, behavioral, and health challenges. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate services, provide crisis intervention, and empower clients to achieve stability and independence. Your expertise in behavioral health, social work, and crisis management will drive positive outcomes and foster lasting change in the clients we serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs across behavioral health, addiction, child welfare, and social services.
Participate in developing personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and crisis intervention techniques.
Provide ongoing support through, mentoring, and crisis management to help clients stabilize their situations.
Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting care strategies as needed to promote long-term success.
Document all interactions thoroughly while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Supervise or mentor direct care staff or interns when applicable, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on client-centered care.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social work, behavioral health, addiction counseling, or related fields with a focus on crisis intervention and crisis management.
Strong knowledge of residential juvenile systems, and workforce development initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse populations through techniques like motivational interviewing.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively during crises or emergencies.
Supervising experience or mentoring skills are preferred to support team growth and quality service delivery.
Familiarity with childcare services and experience working with juvenile male populations is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
