Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Qualifications

Strong typing and computer skills
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
Ability to work well as part of a team
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is helpful

Daily Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering incoming phone calls
Creating and typing work orders
Filing and maintaining office records
Assisting customers who visit our showroom and helping them view product samples
Contacting customers with status updates on their orders
Scheduling appointments and confirming installation or service dates
Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
