Grace Assisted Living at Caldwell is in search of a full-time Administrator Assistant to join our Family! We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to join our team and be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster independence and confidence throughout their golden years. Minimum Requirements
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

-Must be a licensed Residential Care Administrator

-Seeking candidate with office experience, computer skills.

-Must be able to work at fast pace, work efficiently

-Minimum 5 years experience working in Assisted Living.

-Work effectively with minimal supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a group of people in completing tasks.

-Knowledge of standards of Assisted Living practices and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.

-Understands and applies the assisted living rules and regulations and/or is willing/capable to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. This is a on-call position.
