Site Manager – Escape Room Entertainment
Location: Nampa, Idaho
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 32–50 hours per week

Labyrinth Escape Games is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of operations at our Nampa location.
This is an active, customer-facing leadership position focused on guest experience, front-of-house operations, staff coordination, and overall site readiness. The Site Manager serves as the primary on-site operational leader during assigned shifts and acts as the escalation point for staff and guest concerns.
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable directing a team, and willing to step into any operational role needed to keep the location running smoothly.
What You’ll DoLead Daily Operations
- Serve as the primary on-site operational leader during assigned shifts
- Lead daily shift execution and help ensure appropriate staff coverage
- Direct staff regarding immediate operational and safety matters
- Coordinate temporary operational adjustments when necessary
- Ensure games begin on time and guests move smoothly through the facility
- Step into hosting, front-desk, control-room, or reset duties when needed
- Escalate significant operational concerns according to company procedures
Deliver an Excellent Guest Experience
- Ensure smooth front-of-house and reception operations
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Respond to guest communications, booking inquiries, and reservation questions
- Address guest concerns and complaints during business hours
- Provide service recovery within established company guidelines
- Document guest incidents and escalate them when appropriate
- Support large-group bookings, corporate games, and special events
Coordinate and Support the Team
- Provide in-shift coaching and guidance to Hosts, Team Leads, and Assistant Managers
- Maintain proficiency in briefing, hosting, monitoring, and resetting all games
- Assist with employee onboarding and training as directed
- Assign cleaning and light operational tasks during shifts
- Help maintain accurate employee timecard submission
- Communicate expectations clearly and professionally
- Model reliability, professionalism, and company standards
Maintain a Guest-Ready Location
- Ensure the location opens on time and is fully prepared for guests
- Confirm readiness of:
- Front-of-house and reception areas
- Game rooms
- Control rooms
- Restrooms
- Common areas
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and site inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Monitor operational supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Support seasonal décor, special events, and location presentation
Respond to Operational Issues
- Respond to real-time game, facility, and staffing issues during assigned shifts
- Perform basic troubleshooting when trained
- Document and escalate major game or facility problems
- Communicate recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Help coordinate approved vendors or maintenance support when necessary
- Support operational needs at the Boise location during peak seasons or staffing shortages
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, customer service, or a similar environment
- Experience coordinating employees during active shifts
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Comfortable addressing guest concerns and resolving service issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Willingness to perform both leadership and hands-on operational duties
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, reservation systems, and workplace communication tools
- Escape room or location-based entertainment experience is advantageous but not required
Schedule
- Expected to work approximately 32–50 hours per week
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required
- Weekends are considered standard operating days
- Additional hours may be required during peak periods or special events
- Schedules are provided in advance whenever possible
- Occasional support at the Boise location may be required
Weekly hours may vary based on business needs, seasonal demand, staffing levels, and special events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage of $25.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Eligible for discretionary spot bonuses
- 10% commission on the gross booking value of qualifying corporate games and special events generated through cold sales
Scope of Authority
The Site Manager may direct staff regarding immediate operational and safety matters, address guest concerns within company guidelines, make temporary operational adjustments, and escalate issues as required.
This position does not include final authority over hiring, termination, payroll approval, compensation decisions, ownership of employee scheduling, or formal disciplinary action.
Physical Requirements
This position is performed in a customer-facing entertainment environment and may require:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Moving regularly between the lobby, control rooms, game spaces, and other areas of the facility
- Light physical activity associated with game resets and daily operations
- Regular use of computers and tablets
- Occasional movement or organization of operational supplies
Reporting Structure
The Site Manager reports to ownership or senior management and works closely with the Operations Manager, Assistant Managers, and Team Leads.
