About Us

We are a warm, resident‑centered 50‑bed memory care community dedicated to providing exceptional care, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

$500 Sign-on Bonus FT Only (Contact HR for details.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Care about Caring
Positive, strong work ethic.
Experience with vulnerable adults with cognitive impairment (Dementia/Alzheimer's)
Flexible
Reliable and dependable.
Possess a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED
Must be a "people" Person.
Good time management skills.
Able to communicate effectively and respectfully toward residents and staff with kindness and respect.
Professional and Mature-minded.

POSITION OVERVIEW

MedTech:

Medication Certification Required to pass meds.
Administer and document medications given to residents.
Follow ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) of all residents.
Conduct wellness checks on residents throughout the shift.
Report any and all observed changes in resident behavior to Nurse.
Encourage Teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
Complete incident reports as needed.

Caregiver:

Follow ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) of all residents.
Report any and all observed changes in resident behavior to the Nurse.

Availability for OT.

Job Type: Full-time
