About the Role:

TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Hoover & Cullman, AL, is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a well-known, fast-paced restaurant environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operations staff
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both digitally and physically
Assist with coordinating meetings or appointments
Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee record maintenance
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents for leadership

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, team-oriented environment
Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
