Compensation
- 75/25 commission split for producing loan originators on their own clients
- 50/50 commission split on qualified mortgage opportunities provided by Cher

Qualifications
Required
- Active California NMLS License
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending
- Closed transactions in the last 6 months
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivatedPreferred
- California DRE Salesperson or Broker License
- Existing referral relationships
- Experience with first-time homebuyers
