Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 1 year of professional residential, commercial, or Airbnb cleaning experience.
Authorized to work in the US as an independent contractor.
Must have your own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths).
Must pass a standard criminal background check.
Must carry (or be willing to obtain) General Liability Insurance.
Must own a smartphone with data to access our scheduling app.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces in residential settings.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and longevity.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping solutions.
- Utilize cleaning equipment properly while adhering to safety standards to ensure optimal results without damage or injury.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with strong custodial skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work experience, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Experience in housekeeper management or overseeing residential housekeeping tasks is a plus.
