Vice President of Sales | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Global Growth

As a pioneer in Waterless Beauty, Oliveda has redefined luxury skincare by replacing industrial water with antioxidant-rich olive tree elixirs and botanical actives inspired by more than 3,000 years of olive tree science. Our Tree-to-Beauty philosophy has helped establish Oliveda as one of the fastest-growing brands in the category, building a passionate global community and a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer business.

As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead the next phase of our commercial growth.

This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a proven sales executive with experience scaling premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands through Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), eCommerce, and omnichannel growth strategies.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Vice President of Sales will lead Oliveda's global commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth across Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, strategic partnerships, and international markets.

This executive will oversee sales performance, forecasting, organizational development, and commercial execution while building the systems, teams, and partnerships needed to support Oliveda's continued global expansion.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an operational leader who thrives in high-growth environments and has a proven ability to scale premium consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute Oliveda's global sales strategy across Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, and international markets.
Own revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance.
Establish measurable KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sales channels.
Partner with executive leadership on long-term commercial planning and business strategy.

Direct-to-Consumer Growth

Lead the continued expansion of Oliveda's DTC business.
Develop strategies that improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to maximize omnichannel performance.
Utilize analytics and consumer insights to optimize growth and profitability.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class sales organization.
Build scalable teams, processes, and performance standards that support continued growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop future sales leaders across the organization.

Global Expansion

Support continued growth throughout North America, Europe, and emerging international markets.
Evaluate new market opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute international expansion initiatives successfully.

Executive Leadership

Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Present commercial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Customer Experience to align commercial priorities across the organization.
Represent Oliveda with key strategic partners and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

We're looking for an executive who combines strategic leadership with a proven ability to drive sustainable commercial growth.

Preferred qualifications include:

10+ years of senior sales or commercial leadership experience within prestige beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
Demonstrated success scaling Direct-to-Consumer and omnichannel businesses while driving significant revenue growth.
Experience leading commercial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue accountability.
Strong understanding of eCommerce, CRM, digital acquisition, customer retention, and consumer analytics.
Proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales organizations.
Strong executive communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-growing company.

International business development experience is highly desirable.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $225,000–$275,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
