We’re looking for an ambitious Executive Growth Associate to work directly alongside our founder as we build a modern law firm and personal brand centered on legacy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community impact.
This isn’t a traditional executive assistant role.
It’s a Founder Apprenticeship designed for someone who wants to accelerate their career while helping build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
No two weeks will look the same.
Content Creation & Personal Branding
* Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
* Capture behind-the-scenes content
* Assist with podcasts and educational content
* Brainstorm content ideas and marketing campaigns
* Help grow the founder’s personal brand
Community Partnerships & Business Development
* Coordinate speaking engagements
* Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
* Attend networking events with the founder
* Research strategic partnerships
* Help organize workshops, seminars, and educational events
* Turn relationships into long-term business opportunities
AI & Innovation
Help us build the future of professional services.
You’ll gain hands-on experience using AI to:
* Create marketing content
* Improve productivity
* Build business systems
* Automate repetitive work

* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software (preferred, not required)
