Position Overview
The AI & Business Systems Integration Specialist is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role responsible for modernizing FallTech’s enterprise systems while leading the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics across the organization.
This role serves as the critical bridge between business operations, data systems, and emerging technologies, ensuring that FallTech’s core platforms-including Microsoft Dynamics GP, WMS, CRM, and manufacturing systems-are integrated, optimized, and enhanced with intelligent, scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines systems architecture, AI capability, and business acumen to translate operational challenges into measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy, Solution Design & Transformation
- Lead the design and execution of FallTech’s AI and digital transformation roadmap.
- Evaluate and recommend Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business use cases (operations, supply chain, HR, finance, customer service).
- Translate business needs into technical workflows, system architectures, and AI-enabled process designs.
- Build business cases and define ROI metrics for AI initiatives.
Enterprise Systems Integration & Optimization
- Oversee integration and optimization of enterprise platforms including:
- Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- CRM and customer platforms
- Manufacturing and production systems
- Lead enterprise automation strategy by identifying high-value opportunities to streamline processes using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design and implement API integrations, data pipelines, and system interoperability frameworks.
- Manage system lifecycle: configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and vendor coordination.
AI Implementation, Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Design and deploy automated workflows, AI agents, and process automation solutions using:
- Power Automate, Power Apps, and low-code tools
- REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
- RPA and scripting (PowerShell, Python where applicable)
- Implement AI capabilities such as:
- Intelligent document processing
- Predictive analytics and forecasting
- NLP-based insights and reporting
- Computer vision (where applicable to manufacturing/quality)
Data Architecture, Engineering & AI Enablement
- Architect and manage data pipelines (ETL), integration layers, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure clean, structured, and accessible data for AI and analytics initiatives.
- Leverage tools such as:
- SQL (data extraction, validation, transformation)
- Power BI for visualization and reporting
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for scalable AI deployment
- Enable advanced analytics including forecasting, optimization models, and decision-support systems.
Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor AI and system performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and measurable impact.
- Optimize models, workflows, and infrastructure for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs for:
- System uptime and performance
- Data quality and integrity
- User adoption
- ROI of AI initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
Governance, Security & Responsible AI
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Partner with IT security and compliance teams to ensure:
- Data privacy and protection
- Secure system integrations
- Responsible and transparent AI usage
Training, Adoption & Change Leadership
- Develop and deliver training programs for business users on AI tools and systems.
- Act as a technology evangelist, driving adoption and cultural transformation.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and sustained usage.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Serve as a technical advisor to leadership on AI capabilities, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and AI solution providers.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, integration, or digital transformation roles in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement system integrations, automation workflows, and process improvements.
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL and data analysis
- API integrations (REST/JSON)
- Workflow automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools, including:
- OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AWS AI services
- Programming experience in:
- Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with:
- ETL pipelines and data engineering
- Machine learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering, optimization)
- Power BI or similar BI tools
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or safety equipment industries.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Power BI or Azure AI or similar.
- Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
