We are a veteran-owned and operated tax resolution, tax relief, and tax preparation company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve their IRS and state tax issues. Our team of IRS-certified Enrolled Agents and CPAs work tirelessly to advocate for our clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout every step of the process.

This will be a flexible role for the right candidate. We can and will accommodate part time employees and students with a varying schedule. This position is a minimum 20 hour workweek with a range of hours from 6AM to 6PM up to 40 hours if needed.

Overview
As a Mail Clerk/Mail Handler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail and package processing systems. This position involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing shipments, and supporting client managers and sales staff. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help keep our operations efficient and on schedule. Duties

Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly
Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence and shipping records
Ensure all mail handling complies with safety standards

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment
Basic knowledge of PC and Copiers
Reliable team player with good communication skills
Customer service skills via phone and mail.
