Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support safe, accurate, and compliant medication dispensing while delivering exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be clinically focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
Support quality assurance and medication safety initiatives
Contribute to a patient-centered and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in California
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
Current knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous retail, specialty, hospital, or mail-order pharmacy experience
Experience working with electronic pharmacy systems
Immunization certification (if applicable)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
