Full Job Description

We are a neighborhood restaurant loved by locals and visitors alike offering lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. We are looking for a talented and experienced General Manager that has experience in a fast paced environment and is open to working day and night shifts. Must be committed and reliable.

This position requires someone who is detail oriented, fast on their feet and is invested in helping ensure all guests enjoy their experience in regards to food quality, service and execution. You will create the best possible experience for guests, FOH and BOH team members alike, and have a good time doing it! In addition, cost controls will be followed to protect the company's products and bottom line.

This Position is for you if you…

*Exude and have a passion for providing genuinely great food and great service to guests and team members
*Have prior experience as a GM in high volume, upscale dining establishments.
*A lot of people will be looking to you for guidance. Inspire them and hold them accountable to do their jobs well.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years management experience

-Minimum 2 years GM experience

-Kitchen experience preferred

-Ability to work well under pressure
-Upbeat and energetic attitude
-Attention to detail
-Experience in hiring and training staff
-P&L, forecasting and budgeting experience / knowledge
-Excellent communication, leadership and team building skills
-Hospitable w/ guests
-Punctual
-Motivational w staff
-Consistency in communication
-Consistency in maintaining rules
-Consistency in staff expectations
-Strive to become the leader that you would want to follow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
