Full Job Description

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent consumers across the state who have purchased defective vehicles and are committed to delivering exceptional legal representation with professionalism, efficiency, and results.

We are seeking an experienced Fee Motion Paralegal to join our growing Litigation Team. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA 90048, The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in preparing attorney fee motions, billing analysis, and litigation support within a fast-paced legal environment.

The Fee Motion Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to prepare attorney fee motions, maintain accurate billing records, support cost recovery efforts, and ensure timely and compliant court filings. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong civil litigation experience who enjoys managing complex legal documentation and contributing to successful litigation outcomes.

What You'll Do

Draft, prepare, and file attorney fee motions, supporting declarations, and related court documents
Review and analyze attorney billing records for accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with applicable fee-shifting statutes
Compile and organize supporting documentation for court filings, including cost memoranda, billing records, exhibits, and declarations
Maintain organized and accurate records of fee motions, billing documentation, and litigation files
Coordinate with attorneys regarding litigation strategy related to attorney fee recovery
Monitor court deadlines, hearing dates, and filing requirements to ensure timely submissions
Prepare settlement documentation and assist with post-settlement fee-related matters
Communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and internal departments regarding fee motion activities
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and financial information
Support special projects and additional litigation assignments as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience with California Civil Litigation
Paralegal Certificate or qualifications meeting California Business and Professions Code §6450 requirements
Experience with legal research and calendaring
Experience preparing motions, oppositions, declarations, replies, Tables of Contents (TOCs), Tables of Authorities (TOAs), and Memorandum of Costs
Lemon Law experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Ability to follow established procedures and protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work in a hybrid environment when needed
