Seeking Administrative Assistant/Greeter - Dental Administrator 1 at a Thriving Dental Practice

We are a well-established, multi-specialty dental office in South San Francisco looking for a reliable, team-oriented Dental Administrator 1 to join our administrative team.

Our practice has been serving the community since 1977 and is known for a stable work environment with strong systems, a collaborative team, and high-quality patient care.

What you’ll do:

Greet, check in and advocate for patients — new, returning and existing
Answer and triage phone calls with professional, patient-centered etiquette
Schedule, confirm and maintain patient appointments with minimal oversight
Maintain accurate patient records and manage data in our practice management system
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep schedules full and providers productive

What we’re looking for:

Dental experience preferred but not required; we can train as long as you have a good work ethic and are a team player
Strong communication skills — with patients, providers and teammates
Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured environment
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Gmail
Bilingual a plus
