Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Cart Attendant, where you’ll be the friendly face delivering exceptional service on the golf course. This energetic role combines customer engagement, food and beverage service, and efficient cart operations to create a memorable experience for our guests. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you’ll ensure that every golfer enjoys high-quality refreshments with speed and professionalism, all while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly service to golfers by offering beverages, snacks, and light food items from the beverage cart.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve a variety of food and drink items, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper food handling practices.
Assist with general food preparation tasks in accordance with kitchen standards, supporting overall food service operations.
Uphold excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Support quick service operations by efficiently bussing tables, managing food delivery timing, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as café, fast food restaurant, or retail food environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in sales transactions.
Demonstrated ability in cash handling, cashiering, and basic math ensures accurate transactions.
Experience in food preparation, serving, or bartending provides a strong foundation for this role.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is essential for maintaining high-quality service standards.
Strong time management skills are necessary to handle fast-paced environments effectively.
Prior experience working in the food industry or grocery store settings will support your success in this energetic role.
