- Perform various construction tasks such as rebar fabrication-tieing, bending cutting, caisson fabrication, footing and grade beams, screeding and pouring concrete, retaining wall framing, general labor. This is only to mention a few things.
- Assist with fabricating and assembling construction materials
- Follow construction plans and instructions provided by construction management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

We are Voltric Construction and serve all of the Orange County area. If you are interested in becoming part of the team please keep reading. We are looking for a few additional workers for full time and part time work. We work Mondays-Fridays 8-4 and some weekends. We do about 90% residential work and 10% commercial. We are currently seeking tradesmen that have been around for a while and knows how the construction industry works. There is no room for drama or laziness here
We are seeking people who come to work with an employee mindset not a I’ll do what I feel like attitude. With that being said, you need to be a problem solver type and person who takes responsibility ahead of the company’s needs. You’ll need to own plenty of your own gear, tools, and equipment. This includes having reliable transportation that gets you from job to job and can carry tools and supplies. You must be willing to travel to anywhere in OC and sometimes outside of the county. There is pay for mileage outside of OC. We do drug test and background checks so don’t apply if you can’t pass.
