We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Director / Manager of Marketing to join the Marketing team. The final job title and level will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare marketing and driving brand growth through data-driven strategies. As our Associate Director / Manager of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness, and supporting revenue growth through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and field channels (email, social media, SEO/SEM, events, etc.)
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website content, analytics, and performance tracking
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members and external vendors/agencies
- Coordinate industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase market visibility
- Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and company policies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in management-level roles in e-commerce, consumer health, healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, life sciences, or related industry
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Experience working in fast-growth, multi-brand environments; startup or scale-up background a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach
- Must be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in management-level roles in e-commerce, consumer health, healthcare, wellness, laboratory diagnostics, life sciences, or related industry
- Familiarity with HIPAA marketing guidelines and privacy-compliant digital marketing practices in healthcare settings
- Master’s Degree (MBA or related field) preferred
- Experience in laboratory diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare services industry
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

OPEN Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $140,000 per hour/year. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, related work experience, etc.
