Mission Pet Health is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Analyst to join our Field Marketing team and serve as a key data and analytics partner across our multi-site veterinary hospital network. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, delivering actionable insights, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across our East, West, and North divisions. Partnering closely with field marketing leadership, field marketing business partners, and the business intelligence team, the Senior Field Marketing Analyst will translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights that inform strategy at the group, divisional, and regional levels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a collaborative, business-minded approach, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment where data accuracy and clear communication directly influence marketing performance and growth.

Reporting and Dashboards

Build and maintain marketing Power BI reports and dashboards, monitor Key Performance Indicators to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data pulls and improve turnaround time on recurring reports.

Maintain documentation of KPI definitions, data sources, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization.

Train and support marketing team members on self-service reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to build broader data understanding across the department.
Data Analysis and Insights

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights, drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance by group, division, and region.

Perform cohort and trend analysis on lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs across hospital locations.

Conduct match back analyses to measure the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Support forecasting and pacing models to help leadership anticipate performance against quarterly and annual marketing goals.

Support A/B testing and campaign experimentation design, including defining success metrics and analyzing results.
Data Integrity and Systems

Work with third party developers, digital agencies and partners to improve data integrity and workflow as needed.

Work closely and partner with the business intelligence team to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing reports.

Assist in the integration of marketing platforms into Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Identify and flag data anomalies or reporting discrepancies proactively, working cross-functionally to resolve root causes.

Evaluate and recommend new analytics tools, tracking methods, or data sources to strengthen marketing measurement capabilities.

Collaborate with field marketing, digital, and agency partners to align on performance reviews by compiling data-driven scorecards tied to contractual KPIs.
Presentation and Stakeholder Communication

Compile data analysis and present insights and recommendations to senior management and operational stakeholders.

Prepare marketing data analysis and presentations for group, regional, and divisional meetings and for senior leadership.

Translate complex data sets into clear, digestible visualizations and narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, finance or similar.

4+ years of similar work experience, preferably in an analyst, operational, or business-focused role in retail, healthcare or other multi-location industry, required.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and power BI development are required.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage on-time deliverables.

Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.

Able to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with co-workers, operational teams, and management.
