Full Job Description

Golf Cart Service Technician Primary Area: Augusta, Evans, Martinez | Service Area Includes Harlem, Aiken, Thomson, Wrens, Lincolnton, Washington & surrounding areas ---

This is a Hybrid Field & Shop Role We are hiring a Golf Cart Service Technician to support both in-shop service work and mobile repair operations across a 40-mile service area. This position will involve a combination of shop-based repairs at our Harlem/Skyview locations as well as field service work using a fully equipped 2026 Ford Transit service van. ---

What You’ll Do - Diagnose and repair electric and gas golf carts (all makes & models) - Perform electrical troubleshooting, battery diagnostics (lead-acid & lithium), and mechanical repairs - Complete 4–8 service calls per day depending on workload and job scope - Perform both in-shop repairs and on-site service calls - Use company tablet to manage work orders, update job status, and order parts - Maintain accurate, real-time CRM-based service records - Communicate professionally with customers - Maintain organization and efficiency within shop and service vehicle - Safely operate company vehicle and tow various trailers as needed - Maintain and service company rental fleet as required ---

Equipment & Support - Access to a 2026 Ford Transit service van, fully equipped for mobile repairs - Company cell phone, tablet, and credit card provided - Company-provided branded apparel (cap and shirt) - Full operational support from shop locations (Augusta & Harlem) ---

Compensation - $19–$25/hour (based on experience) - Commission structure based on production and performance - Opportunity to increase earnings through efficiency and output - Full-time, steady year-round work ---

Performance Expectations - Expected to complete 4–8 service calls per day depending on workload - Manage time effectively between shop and field responsibilities - Maintain strong productivity, organization, and time management - Accurately track all work using CRM-based systems - Deliver high-quality service while maximizing completed jobs and revenue ---

Requirements - Strong knowledge of electric golf carts (all makes & models) - Strong knowledge of gas golf carts (all makes & models) - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must be insurable) - Experience towing trailers and properly securing loads for transport - Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and digital work orders ---

Work Environment & Physical Expectations - Ability to work in varying conditions, both indoors and outdoors (heat, cold, weather exposure) - Ability to operate equipment such as commercial pressure washers and shop tools - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment ---

Work Style & Professional Expectations - Self-starter with leadership mindset and strong accountability - Highly organized with attention to detail in both work and documentation - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and maintain productivity standards - Willingness to ask questions and seek support when needed - Ability to work independently without constant supervision ---

Workplace Standards - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Tobacco-free work environment (no smoking or tobacco use during work hours or in company vehicles) ---

Service Coverage Primary focus in Augusta, Evans, Martinez, and Harlem, with additional service coverage in Aiken, Thomson, Wrens, Lincolnton, and Washington ---

The Opportunity This position offers a mix of shop-based work and field service, providing variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within a structured and expanding operation. ---

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
