Full Job Description

805title is hiring a full-time Junior Escrow Officer to join our growing escrow team in Westlake Village, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced escrow professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to manage residential and refinance escrow transactions from open to close.

This is an on-site role in Westlake Village, CA offering competitive pay of $27.00-$31.00 per hour plus full benefits.

Please note: 5+ years of prior experience as an Escrow Assistant or Junior Escrow Officer is required for this position.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the full escrow process from open to close, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and stress-free experience for every client

- Prepare escrow instructions, maintain accurate records, and oversee the timely completion of all escrow documents

- Facilitate refinance transactions from open to close

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders throughout each transaction

- Provide clear, responsive communication and outstanding customer service to clients

- Proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies during the escrow process

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience as a Junior Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant (required)

- Proven ability to manage refinance transactions from open to close

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong computer skills, including escrow software and standard office applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions under deadline pressure

- High degree of integrity, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for figures

- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to occasionally work extra hours during peak periods

Licensing & Requirements:

This position requires approval from the Department of Insurance and/or the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and the Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation (EAFC).
