Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of robust quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your leadership will drive a culture of quality, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold regulatory adherence to deliver exceptional value to our customers globally. Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with international standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with industry standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure corrective actions are effectively executed.
Oversee all aspects of quality control, inspection, and assurance processes across manufacturing facilities to guarantee product efficacy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory affairs—to embed quality into every stage of product development and manufacturing.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and implement strategic solutions that enhance overall product quality.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by integrating best practices in quality systems management and fostering a culture of proactive quality assurance.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing global quality systems within manufacturing environments.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 (quality management systems) and other applicable quality standards.
Strong background in conducting comprehensive quality audits—both internal and external—and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
Expertise in quality inspection techniques, statistical analysis skills, and developing effective QA/QC procedures.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data trends and drive strategic decision-making for process improvements.

This is an exempt position with an annual salary range of $125-$175k per year depending on experience, plus inclusion in the company's incentive plan.
