Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative processes, and exceptional support to staff and clients alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing documents using spreadsheets and productivity software.
Process and handle Payroll bi-weekly for all W2 employees
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members while ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance via phone or email, addressing inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive client communication.
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports or presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally to ensure quick retrieval of important information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing skills and computer literacy.
Familiarity with Roofing business is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for multi-line systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading documents thoroughly.
Personal assistant experience or familiarity with front desk responsibilities is advantageous.
