Community Outreach & Patient Growth Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + opportunity to earn up to $2,500 per quarter in bonuses
Schedule: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with local travel/community outreach

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help grow new patient appointments, strengthen community partnerships, and create an exceptional first experience for prospective patients at a growing mental health practice.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, identifying new opportunities, and taking ownership of results. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, outgoing, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help a growing healthcare organization expand its reach.

The primary focus of this position is simple: help generate more new patient appointments while building strong, lasting relationships in the community.

What You’ll Do

Drive Practice Growth

Develop and execute strategies designed to increase new patient appointments and referrals.
Build relationships with primary care offices, pediatricians, therapists, psychologists, schools, hospitals, colleges, employers, and community organizations.
Represent the practice at networking events, health fairs, community events, and other local outreach opportunities.
Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities throughout the community.
Partner with digital marketing resources to help maximize new patient appointments generated through online advertising and outreach.
Develop creative marketing and community engagement initiatives that increase awareness and generate referrals.
Strengthen the practice’s professional presence through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and community engagement.
Follow up with prospective patients and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Assist with re-engaging patients who cancel appointments and help facilitate rescheduling when appropriate.
Continuously look for new and creative ways to grow the patient base and expand the organization’s reach.

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

Respond promptly and professionally to prospective patient inquiries.
Help prospective patients understand available services and connect them with the appropriate provider.
Guide patients through the scheduling process in a welcoming, easy, and personalized way.
Build trust and create a positive first impression from the initial interaction.
Help ensure prospective patients feel supported and informed throughout the onboarding process.

Traditional medical office experience is not required. We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate initiative, leadership, creativity, and a strong drive to achieve results.

How You’ll Work

This position is primarily remote and community-based, rather than a traditional office role. You will spend time working remotely as well as traveling locally to meet referral partners, attend events, build relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.

You will meet regularly with leadership to review strategies, opportunities, results, and priorities, while maintaining significant independence in how you approach and execute your work.
