Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven dynamic individuals to join our team!! This role is responsible for generating leads, sales and building client and community relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others in a time of need with a service mindset.

Duties

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct inspections/consultations to assess the clients needs and present tailored solutions.
Educate clients on products, processes and the solutions you have for them.
Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and financing options to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to secure future business.
Collaborate with managers and to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in door to door sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with heights and light field-based work.
Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and windows is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
