Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a candidate for the role of Security Administrative Support. The Security Administrative Support professional provides comprehensive administrative and compliance support for the facility. This role is responsible for coordinating site security programs, supporting compliance activities, maintaining required documentation and reports, and assisting with personnel and operational security functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and systems.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day support for the AAPF1 area.

Perform administrative tasks such as processing and tracking Ariba orders, scheduling interview room appointments, and coordinating other office support activities.

Manage ENOVY approvals and provide visit support as required.
-
Assist the security team with compliance area reviews and self-inspections.

Administer and support the site security awareness program.
-
Prepare, maintain, and manage compliance reports and documentation, including FSO binder records, data pulls, and related security files.

Support document control processes and SIMS activities.
-
Assist with PERSEC-related activities as needed.

Serve as the SuccessFactors training coordinator, helping track and support required training activities.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling of sensitive and controlled information.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with company and regulatory security requirements.
Qualifications:

Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Requires an Active Secret Clearance
