Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bid process from start to finish for janitorial construction clean ups, ensuring that all proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the janitorial construction clean up field. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and enhancing customer relationships. Also do some light dutie assistant work.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid development.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Develop strategic plans for bidding processes that align with organizational objectives.
Negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
Maintain relationships with clients and partners throughout the bidding process.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track bid progress and manage client interactions.
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines during the bidding process.

Skills

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Experience in strategic planning and execution within a business development context.
Familiarity with software solutions that enhance bid management processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
Ability to analyze market data to inform bidding strategies.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
