Job Title: Assistant Strength Coach / Small Group Personal Trainer

➔ Coaching: You will coach about 20-25 hours per week and be able to make a serious impact in the lives of your clients every single day and be known as a local expert.

➔ No sales: Our coaches do no sales on the floor. You don't have to get your own clients, and you especially don't have to have those awkward sales conversations on the floor. We want you to focus on what you do best.

We provide you the direction and means to continue to improve your coaching and interpersonal skills through continued education.

➔ A part of the Ateam: We have some of the best coaches in the industry. You are going to work alongside them and be able to learn and interact with them on a daily basis.

➔ Money: The fitness industry is inconsistent with schedules and pay. Not here. You will have a set schedule with guaranteed hours and wages.
