Your Territory

Northern Texas & New Mexico

This is a field-based sales role requiring approximately 50% travel throughout your assigned territory. You'll spend your time building relationships, visiting customers, identifying new opportunities, and helping dealers and rental partners grow their business.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing market share while serving as a trusted partner to your customers.

Your Day May Include:

Developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.
Growing relationships with equipment dealers, rental companies, and key accounts.
Presenting Parts ASAP products and solutions to prospective customers.
Negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
Managing your sales pipeline and documenting activity in CRM.
Identifying new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to exceed goals.
Resolving customer concerns while building long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of business development or outside sales experience.
Experience within the agricultural, construction, heavy equipment, industrial, or related industries is preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Comfortable traveling approximately 50% throughout Northern Texas and New Mexico.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
