SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for supporting the special needs of the department to include the coordination of special projects, maintenance of the departmental website, database maintenance and administrative support including:

event coordination and execution of weekly grand rounds series, monthly M&M conference, various yearly lectureships and annual residency program events,
assisting residency program with evaluations, documentation and monitoring,
production and distribution of quarterly department newsletter,
social media/marketing/dept directory and website maintenance,
BookIt conference room administration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Associates degree in a job related field plus two (2) years job related experience or four (4) years job related experience.
Experience in administrative support, medical office, allied health or computer related field required.
