$65,000 – $75,000 + up to $5,000 annual bonus

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Creating Memorable Guest Experiences

Set the tone for exceptional service—every shift, every table, every guest
Step in to resolve concerns with care, confidence, and professionalism
Build lasting relationships with guests and become a familiar face in the community

Building & Leading a Strong Team

Hire, train, and develop a team that reflects our values
Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their growth
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy
Create a positive, respectful, and team-first work environment
Lead by example—you’ll be right there in the action with your team

Running the Day-to-Day Operations

Oversee daily restaurant operations and keep everything running smoothly
Manage FOH scheduling to balance service needs and labor goals
Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure consistency, quality, and cleanliness
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and the community
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone

Driving Performance & Profitability

Help manage budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve
Assist the Executive Operations Manager in managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and analyzing sales trends
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and inventory processes to maximize profitability

Keeping Standards High

Uphold health, safety, and alcohol compliance standards
Maintain our brand standards and operational consistency
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the building remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
Support reporting and communication with ownership and leadership
Perform other aligned duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

You Bring:

Proven restaurant management experience
A leadership style that’s hands-on, supportive, and accountable
Strong communication skills—you connect easily with both team members and guests
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
The ability to stay calm, think quickly, and solve problems on the fly
Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in both front- and back-of-house operations
Bartending or kitchen experience
A strong understanding of restaurant financials

Education

High school diploma required
Additional training in hospitality or management is a plus
