About the PHF
Our 24-hour LPS-designated Psychiatric Health Facility in Oceanside provides short-term inpatient stabilization (average 5–7 days) for adults 18+ experiencing acute psychiatric or co-occurring conditions.

You’ll work closely with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support staff in a structured but dynamic environment where your clinical voice matters.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Services Coordinator II, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis support
- Lead discharge planning and community linkage efforts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members daily
- Coordinate with community providers, housing resources, and support systems
- Advocate for clients during one of the most vulnerable moments in their lives

Qualifications
Required:
- Current, valid, and unrestricted California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD)
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in mental health
- Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferred:
- Experience in inpatient, crisis, or acute psychiatric settings
- Current CPR certification
