Manual Machinist/Lathe Operator
We are looking for a skilled Manual Machinist/Lathe Operator in Sebring, Ohio, to join a well-established company that has been serving industries since the 1960s. If you have experience operating lathes and reading blueprints, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
Pay:
Up to $29.00/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines by reading customer drawings and holding tolerances to within .001” (and occasionally tighter)
- Process orders of 1-4 pieces
- Modify G-Code programs when necessary
- Set off-sets as needed
- Select proper tooling and inserts for each job
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-4 years relevant machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of machine to blueprint specifications
- Able to work overtime when needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with manual and CNC machining
- Proficiency in blueprints and precision measurements
- Forklift and overhead crane operation skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to load parts and operate heavy machinery on-site
