Insurance Account Representative (Sales & Service)

Mike Morris State Farm Agency – Clovis, NM

We are seeking a positive, dependable team member who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a combination of customer service, sales, and professional development opportunities within a respected local insurance agency.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Assist customers with insurance coverage questions, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims submissions.
Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations with prospects and existing customers.
Develop leads and schedule appointments.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
Follow up with customers and prospects to build long-term relationships.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

Must possess, or be willing and able to obtain, New Mexico and Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently present products and solutions to customers and prospects.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

$45,000 base salary for fully licensed and qualified candidates.
