Position Summary

Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clovis, NM. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment. We maintain sustainable daily caseload expectations to ensure optimal patient outcomes and standard-of-care compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish functional, measurable goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11-14 patients.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
Take ownership of patient outcomes and actively participate in continuous professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

Licensure: Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico (or eligible for licensure).
Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year (commensurate with clinical experience).
