Job Summary:

We're looking for experienced Tax Account Managers to join our growing team. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and tax case/account management expertise, candidates may be hired as either an Account Manager II or Account Manager III.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the tax resolution and tax preparation process. Working closely with our Tax Professionals and Tax Preparers, you'll manage client communications, coordinate documentation, monitor compliance deadlines, and help drive cases toward successful resolution.

Level III Account Managers handle our most complex client cases, including business entities, high-dollar accounts, and Revenue Officer cases, while serving as senior members of the Account Management team.

Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and SMS
Collect, review, and organize client documentation
Maintain accurate client records within Salesforce CRM
Monitor deadlines and compliance requirements
Analyze client financial information to support case strategy
Collaborate closely with Tax Professionals and Tax Preparers
Ensure cases continue progressing efficiently
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Additional responsibilities for Account Manager III:

Manage highly complex tax resolution cases
Work directly with Revenue Officer and business entity cases
Identify discrepancies and strategic opportunities within complex client files
Serve as a senior resource for challenging client situations

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Account Manager II

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, legal administration, or tax administrative experience
Tax industry knowledge required; tax resolution experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management

Account Manager III

High School Diploma required
CTEC Certification Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, legal, or tax administrative experience
Minimum 1 year of tax resolution experience required
Advanced knowledge of tax resolution procedures
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
