Full Job Description

Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electrical Assembler working overnight shifts! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure the production of high-quality electrical products by following detailed schematics and adhering to safety standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in electrical assembly, soldering, and mechanical integration within a fast-paced environment that values your contributions and encourages growth.

Shift: 6pm - 4:30am, Monday - Thursday ($26)

Duties

Assemble electrical components and subassemblies using schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for quality control.
Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Wire electrical systems, including power supplies, control panels, and harnesses, following detailed wiring diagrams.
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment to complete assemblies efficiently.
Interpret schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues and verify proper assembly procedures.
Conduct quality inspections of assembled units to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and mechanical specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety protocols and properly handling electrical components and tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in electrical manufacturing or assembly environments with knowledge of PCB soldering and surface mount technology.
Familiarity with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment effectively.
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical wiring, and soldering techniques.
Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and experience working with schematics for troubleshooting.
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Electrical experience including working with ohmmeters, multimeters, or other testing devices is highly desirable.
