Full Job Description

Omni Dental McMurray is in search of an office manager to join our growing office and talented team!

Duties will primarily consist of managerial responsibilities such as systems implementation, running team meetings, heading office communication and shaping office culture. However, this position will also have a component as a treatment coordinator so there will be plenty of patient interaction.

Here's a little about Omni- Our strengths lie in our ability to attract exceptional team members by creating a positive office culture and delivering quality and ethical dentistry. We invest in technologies such as digital impression scanning and CT scanners which allow us to offer an array of specialty services including Implant placement and Invisalign. We invest in our team members by implementing a bonus structure that allows them to share in the financial successes of the practice and by giving all team members 5 weeks PTO so that they can avoid burnout and continue to love what they do. We understand that the greatest asset to a practice (or any business) is its people and we act accordingly.
