Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laboratory Recepcionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires proficiency in various office software, particularly Excel, and a strong ability to transcribe information efficiently. If you have experience in Laboratories, customer service experience and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

People skills to interact with our clients.
Detail oriented.
Handle with different tasks simultaneously.
Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
Maintain accurate records of data entry activities and ensure data integrity.
In charge of administrative tasks including telephone calls, filing, billing health insurance.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with billing health insurances and familiarity with various data management systems.
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
Prior administrative experience is a plus on Clinical Laboratories but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
