Job Description – Client Care Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Customer Service team in the Custom Wheelchair Department. This full-time position will be based at our Canton, OH branch.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, co-workers, and referral sources via telephone, email, and fax.
Maintain electronic client files with complete documentation and notes, ensuring accurate computer data entry.
Collaborate with staff to organize schedules and daily Rehab & Service routes for sales personnel and technicians.
Provide prompt and professional responses to questions from clients, referral sources, and teammates.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all internal and external customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.
Commit to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pleasant phone personality and good phone skills.
Ability to interact well with team members.
Kind and empathetic approach to clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks and follow up in a timely manner.
