Position Overview
As a Vertical Heat Treat Operator, you’ll play a vital role in operating ovens to treat high-strength structural components used in aerospace applications worldwide. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a mission that literally helps the world take flight.

Competitive Pay: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM, $20.00/hour starting, $22.11/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)

Requirements:
Responsibilities
-
Operate heat treat ovens for specified metallurgical practices
-
Build loads for upender
-
Document time, temperature, and weights of loads
-
Understand lift/tower, furnace/oven, and quench/rinse
-
Inspect products for major defects
-
Promote and practice workplace safety
-
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience preferred

Strong communication and decision-making skills
-
Ability to operate various machines
-
Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Safety Commitment
