Full Job Description

Lead the Way and Ignite Growth as Our Next Regional Sales Manager!

We’re seeking high-achieving sales professionals with a proven track record of consistently generating new leads, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting performance targets. We are seeking RSM's to cover the Northwest, Midwest, and South regions of the U.S.

Your tasks

Promote, maintain, and increase sales for equipment, labels, and consumables.
Efficiently and effectively close new business.
Identify new opportunities with both new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and other prospecting methods.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions aligned with Bizerba’s offerings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bizerba products while monitoring competitor activity.
Build and strengthen relationships to support long-term regional growth.
Use company tools to log activity, forecast opportunities, and manage CRM to standard.
Travel expected up to 80%.

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong background in territory management with proven account and revenue growth.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems.
Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
Equipment sales experience in the food industry (preferred).
Experience with automated equipment, labels, and consumables is a plus.
The ideal candidate must reside in one of the states as follows: IL, MI, AR, LA, MS, or Northern CA.
