About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting functions while providing administrative support to help keep our office running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes while assisting with a variety of office responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Perform full-charge bookkeeping functions.
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and general ledger entries.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Prepare monthly commission reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Work closely with the business owner on financial reporting

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency with QuickBooks (required).
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Work Environment

Full-time, office-based position.
Reports directly to the Business Owner.
Collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience preparing commission reports.
Experience supporting small business operations.
Comfortable balancing accounting responsibilities with general administrative duties.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
