Duties: Responsible for working with Data Analysis Primarily Identifying Data Sets, Source Data, Source Metadata, Data Definitions Data Formats, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification and Identifying Data Mismatch; create various profiles using Informatica Data Explorer (IDE) and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ); share data profiles with business analysts for their analysis on defining business strategies in terms of activities including assigning matching scores for different criteria; architect enterprise-level Identity and Access Management Infrastructure initiatives, addressing the need for compliance with the HIPAA regulations pertaining to security and privacy of patient health information; import large amount of data (Enrollment, Medical claims, Pharmacy Claims) from various healthcare group to SCIO SAS system; create and enhance existing reports and dashboards in Cognos query studio and report studio to fit user requirements; create relational models and dimensional models for online services including Clinical EMR records; design and developed MDM data model and integration of WebSphere Process Server; work with Data Architects to design the CIM Model for Master Data Management; use knowledge of Health Care Information Systems EMR model to develop proposed workflows within MS Visio; support the implementation of MDM concepts with upstream and downstream integration of different applications in an agile environment; develop various charts and graphs including bar charts, side-by-side, stacked, line graphs, and pie -charts using Crystal Reports; perform medical claims analysis and reporting using Cognos Impromptu, and MS Office reporting tools; review data models and reporting requirements for Cognos Reports with the Data warehouse/ETL and Reporting team; implement MDM processes to take strategies and ideas to roadmap and design development activities; delivered MDM roadmaps and MDM Architecture; create client road maps to support the planning, development, and implementation of MDM solutions; enable consolidation of MDM data following Mergers and Acquisitions; review EDI companion guides for all payers to ensure compliance; edit integrity and maintain up-to-date list of payers’ contacts; implement and review metadata standards, data governance and stewardship, master data management, ETL, ODS, data warehouse, data marts, reporting, dashboard, analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling; generate complex SQL subqueries with inner, outer joins, and aggregate functions to update and delete data in Oracle database and Netezza data warehouse; provide technical support for the Master Data Management environment with implementing fixes for identified data integrity and customer data processing issues; utilize and apply knowledge of ETL tools, OLTP/OLAP systems, IDQ, IDA, Informatica Power Center, data analysis and data modeling, Cognos, SSIS, Star-Schema, SQL, Business Objects modules and Team Foundation Server (TFS) to perform assigned duties; execute User Interface Testing, System Testing, and Data Quality Testing on the configuration designs and prototypes; and serve as a liaison between the internal and external business community (Claims, Billing, Membership, Capitation, Customer service, membership management, provider management, advanced Healthcare management, provider agreement management) and the project team. Location: Novi, MI and other multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S. Salary: $92,082 per year

Experience: : Two (2) years in the position above, as a Sr. Software Developer, as a Sr. Data Analyst, as a Data Analyst, as a Software Developer, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: ETL tools, OLTP/OLAP systems, IDQ, IDA, Informatica Power Center, data analysis and data modeling, Cognos, SSIS, Star-Schema, SQL, Business Objects modules and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
