Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Operations Manager to lead and oversee all facets of daily hotel operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk activities, supervising hospitality teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, optimize revenue management strategies, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive hotel management experience, multilingual abilities, and a passion for delivering memorable guest services in a vibrant resort or hotel environment.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Implement and maintain hotel guest service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Manage hospitality reservation systems (PMS) and property management systems to optimize booking efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
Coordinate human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws.
Handle guest relations proactively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and front desk operations to ensure smooth overnight processes.
Conduct regular audits of hotel operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent application of hotel policies and procedures aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with international guests.
Extensive knowledge of property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and financial management tools.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing budgets, revenue management, and financial operations within a hotel or resort setting.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Experience managing human resources functions including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Familiarity with hotel guest service standards, front desk procedures including multi-line phone systems, night audit processes, and phone etiquette.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence.
Previous resort experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest services is preferred.
