About MEDHA EDU

MEDHA EDU is an academic tutoring and test-preparation center serving K–12 students. We provide Math, English/ELA, SAT/ACT preparation, and academic enrichment programs in a structured, student-focused environment.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and friendly Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our tutoring center.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day front-office operations of the tutoring center.
Greet students, parents, teachers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, text messages, and parent communications.
Manage student attendance and maintain accurate student records.
Assist with student registration, scheduling, and class assignments.
Coordinate class schedules and communicate schedule changes to parents and teachers.
Follow up with parents regarding assignments, attendance, payments, and other administrative matters.
Assist with tuition payments, invoices, receipts, and basic account follow-up.
Maintain organized student files and administrative records.
Prepare and distribute worksheets, assignments, tests, and other educational materials.
Monitor and organize classroom materials and office supplies.
Assist teachers with printing, copying, scanning, and other administrative needs.
Help coordinate practice tests, SAT/ACT testing sessions, and special academic sessions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office and reception area.
Assist with basic marketing and administrative activities, including emails, flyers, and parent communications.
Maintain confidentiality of student and family information.
Perform other administrative duties required for the smooth operation of the tutoring center.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in office administration, education, tutoring centers, schools, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable communicating with parents, students, and teachers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Must be comfortable working with K–12 students and families.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a tutoring center, school, daycare, or educational environment.
Experience with scheduling and student management systems.
Familiarity with SAT/ACT or K–12 academic programs.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
