We are looking for a driven, creative, and community-minded Marketing and Leasing Manager to lead on-site marketing operations for our residential community. This is a high-impact, full-time role that blends modern AI-powered marketing tools with genuine human connection, daily community outreach, and a commitment to resident retention and satisfaction.

Resident and community satisfaction
- Deliver an exceptional experience for current and prospective residents at every touchpoint, from the first inquiry through move-in and beyond.
- Ensure the team is conduct engaging, informative property tours that reflect the quality and character of our communities.
- Follow up consistently and thoughtfully with all prospective residents to move leads forward and build trust.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site resident events that strengthen community culture and connection.
- Organize and execute on-site renewal events designed to increase lease renewals and reduce turnover.
- Develop and implement resident retention and referral programs that reward engagement and build loyalty.
AI marketing and analytics
- Lead the daily operation of our AI marketing platform across the community..
- Monitor, test, and optimize AI-generated campaigns, communications, and lead conversion performance on an ongoing basis.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable recommendations based on AI-driven insights and marketing data.
Daily outreach and community building
- Post daily content across social media channels to build community visibility and engagement.
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective residents and referral sources to maintain a healthy, active pipeline.
- Connect with at least one preferred employer partner each day to strengthen corporate leasing relationships.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with local employers, businesses, universities, hospitals, and community organizations to generate qualified leads and grow property awareness.
Digital presence and content
- Manage and continuously optimize online listings, review platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Create and distribute marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, resident communications, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews as part of an active reputation management strategy.
- Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, occupancy trends, and overall marketing performance.
- Conduct regular competitor market surveys and provide pricing, concession, and strategy recommendations to leadership.
What we are looking for
- 3 or more years of experience in property management, leasing, marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage daily priorities and a full workload without close supervision.
- Professional, personable, and skilled at building relationships with residents, prospects, and community partners.
- Sound judgment and consistent discretion, with a focus on achieving full occupancy as efficiently as possible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort creating content across multiple channels.
- Experience with AI-powered platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into practical, results-oriented recommendations.
- Genuine care for residents and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class living experience.
Preferred but not required
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software.
- Familiarity with apartment marketing platforms and lead management tools.
- Existing relationships with Metro Detroit employers, universities, or healthcare systems.
