GALAXY LIFTS –PRE FABRICATION TECHNICIAN

Galaxy Lifts is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Pre Fabrication technician who is skilled in operating different machines for the fabrication of our cargo and passenger lifts.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE).
Inspect material that comes across the sanding table to be put into production.
Learning all materials as well as sizes and cuts of all the pieces of material that comes through the production area.
Adhere to production schedule.
Read bill of materials to assemble the parts to build different products.
Maintain, organize and clean equipment and the work area.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Veterans are encouraged to apply.
2+ years’ of experience in manufacturing environment preferred, general labor is a plus.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
Local to Mabank-Athens, TX or willing to relocate.
Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
