Full Job Description

HOURS: Monday through Friday 7.5 hours per day plus a half hour unpaid lunch. This is a year-round position

COMPENSATION: Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website.

All applicants must be fingerprinted prior to hiring. Additional information regarding fingerprinting including scheduling an appointment may be found on our website. A CORI application must be completed with our Central Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Principal and the entire school staff
Maintain the Principal's schedule
Maintains confidential files
Interact with students, staff, parents, and the general public
Submit payroll sheets and supporting information to the District Payroll Office
Must maintain all budget fund accounts
Must prepare all purchase orders and maintain supply inventory for the school's needs
Must be respectful in all interactions with students and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must maintain confidentiality of student and staff information and records
Must have excellent clerical, secretarial, and technology skills
At least two years of relevant experience preferred
At least an Associate Degree preferred
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
